Glass Mastering and Stampers
Our glass-mastering suite, contained in a clean-room environment, is equipped with efficient pro-tools to extract your contents and also create a high-quality stamper. Regardless of formats (CDs or DVDs) it is imperative to create a perfect stamper to ensure quality discs are produced.
Packing and Assembly
Depending on clients’ requirements and individual title specifications, our team is able to pack and assemble the finished discs into the appropriate packing materials that suit your needs.
Our Timing and Delivery
Finished products are carefully packed and labeled in secure cartons for delivery. Our logistic team would plan a timely delivery of the products using our own fleet of trucks and drivers for local destinations. Trusted and secured delivery agents would be used for global destinations.
Replication and Printing
Optical discs are mass-produced/replicated and printed based on the individual order requirements. We have four CD lines and two DVD lines running round-the-clock simultaneously with three offset and two silk-screen printing machines. We have the capacity to fulfill over 32 million units of optical discs annually.
